I am also an investigator for the Tuolumne County Superior Court and make recommendations to the Court about guardianships of minors with family members and when a conservatorship should be established. I am the co-owner and President of a consulting business where I focus on providing services about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and I also provide consulting to agencies about organizational health and achieving goals. Professionally, I am passionate about all aspects of neurodivergence and trauma-informed practices - from assessment to advocacy to assisting students in these areas. In all areas of my life, diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI) are top priority and I serve as a member of the Columbia College Cultural Enrichment Committee (CEC). I also serve as a Part-Time Faculty Representative for the Columbia College Academic Senate. During my free time, I can usually be found up on a mountain or along the coast somewhere - camping, paddle boarding, backpacking, hiking, downhill skiing, & snowshoeing. I also enjoy live music and traveling. I love to do these things with my teenaged daughter and our 100-pound rescue dog! I am proud to be a registered member of the Cherokee Nation and enjoy native arts and practices.
