Graduation Graduation

Due to current shelter-in-place mandate, a traditional graduation ceremony will not be held this year. Graduation packages will be mailed to graduates' addresses, as noted on graduation applications, as close to May 1 as possible. If addresses need to be updated, please contact Serena Orman Ochs at ormanochss@yosemite.edu via your student email address.  Diplomas and certificates will be mailed by the end of July, after submission of final grades.  

Congratulations  to all graduates on your noteworthy accomplishments at Columbia College. You are warmly invited to walk in the 2021 graduation ceremony; more information to be provided at a later date.

 

GRADUATION PROCEDURES

  • Apply for Graduation:  Schedule an appointment with your academic counselor to discuss your eligibility for a degree(s) and/or certificate(s). Complete the Application for Graduation, obtain the approval and signature of your academic counselor and submit the completed form(s) to the Admissions and Records office by the deadline published in the Academic Schedule in the course catalog.

In order to be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony, students must have an approved Application for Graduation on file with the evaluator in the Admissions and Records office and a completed Graduation Participation Form and Personal Information Card (PIC) submitted to the Graduation Committee.  

Columbia College Commencement

The Spring 2020 Commencement Ceremony has been cancelled.
