Student Housing at Columbia College – Leasing for Fall 2024

We are excited to announce that Yosemite Community College District and Columbia College are in the process of assuming ownership of the student housing that has been on our campus for the past 40 years. There will be no interruption of service to our current residents as we work through this transition.

There will be no change in the rental rate for the 2024-2025 year! The price for a double occupancy room is $710 a month, while a single occupancy room is $1,169. You may apply now for either a summer, academic, or full year term. Pricing includes bedroom furnishings, a common area dining table and chairs, all utilities, as well as internet.
