Columbia College Hosts International Group to tour the Child Care and Familty Services Center

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 4, 2012 

On June 30th Columbia College will host an international group participating in the World Forum Foundation’s Global Collaborative OnDesign for Children. After a three day conference in the Bay Area participants will tour the Columbia College Child Care and Family Services Center and then continue their day in Yosemite National Park.  Up to twenty-five participants from eight to ten countries on four continents are expected to visit Columbia College.

The World Forum Foundation is a well-respected organization devoted to facilitating international dialogue on the delivery of quality services for early childhood education in diverse settings.  The newly formed Global Collaborative OnDesign for Children focuses on sharing best practices in creating positive learning spaces for young children around the world.  Columbia College is honored to be chosen as a showcase for this international effort.
