The Columbia College Office of Institutional Research's purpose and mission is to supply the college and community with needed data, research and analysis to understand our students, their needs, and to plans for their success.

As of Spring 2012:

- Between 2006-2012, Columbia College served an average of 3,500 students per Fall and Spring terms. The highest number of headcounts occurred in 2008-2009 (4,442), and the lowest occurred in Spring 2012 (3,203).
Current Research Project Objectives:
- Columbia College will have access to comprehensive SLO and Program Review data resources,
- Columbia College's Policy and Procedures for Human Subjects Research implemented,
- Fall 2012 Planning Calendar and Activities established (College Council),
