Complaint Procedures

Most complaints, grievances or disciplinary matters should be resolved at the campus level.  This is the quickest and most successful way of resolving issues involving a California Community College (CCC).

Please review the following YCCD Board Policy's

To file a complaint to please fill out and print the following form: Columbia College Complaint Form. please submit the form to the appropriate administrator or office using the Complaint Flowchart. if you are unable to determine the appropriate office or administrator complaints may be submitted to the Vice President of College & Administrative Services office located in Manzanita 10.

You are encouraged to work through the campus complaint process first before escalating issues to any of the following resources.  Issues that are not resolved at the campus level may be presented:
