What is Powerpoint?

PowerPoint is a simple yet very powerful multimedia software program. Many tutorials are available to learn how to use it. In just a few minutes you can put together very simple slides to use in your classroom to present images, text, charts, and graphs.

K-12 students all over the country are using this program to study, present, prepare and document experiments, field trips and much more.

Usually in the Spring the Computer Science department offers a short class, check the schedule for dates and times. You will receive personal and hands-on training.

How can you get started?

First check to see if you have MS PowerPoint installed on your computer, if not contact the Technology Services Department to have it installed.
